Close all open files,folder and other running program on your computer or laptop.
Temporally disable your "Antivirus".
Click "Start" button
Click "All Program".
Click "Accessories".
Now select "System Tools".
Click "Disk Defragmenter".
Now Disk Defragmenter program is opens.Now click "C: Drive".
Now click "Analyze" button near the bottom of this window.
Now Your hard disk drive is scanned to determine whether or not it needs to be Defragmented.
If a message says like that “You should Defragment this volume,”
then click the "Defragment" button. The process will begin immediately and it will approximately take 30 to 60 minutes to complete (or more time based on your computer speed).For the best results, don't use your computer until the Defragmentation has fully finished.
A message pops up to inform you that the "Defragmentation is complete". To read a detailes report about what occurred, click on the View Report button. If you are not interested in seeing this report, then click the "Close"button.
Now Turn on your antivirus software and restart your computer.
